Someone Please Help Me With This

How is it possible to have GAINED weight, when I have been doing the following?

Eating Better
Not drinking as much soda
Being active every day and evening
Snacking less at work

I don't get it.

It's possible that you are gaining muscle from being active and that's where it's from. Muscle definitely weighs more than fat so when you first start building it looks awful on the scale. Also as women we need to remember that our weight changes so often that sometimes it's best to only weigh every other week. Keep up your healthy lifestyle changes though. That's the best thing you could ever do for yourself. XOXO

I agree with Gwen. Gaining muscle mass can definitely make the #'s go up on the scale. I'm sure it's nothing, just keep up the good work & I love new background!
