Severe Body Issues

It's completely and totally depressing when you get on the scale and realize that you have gained weight, which puts you closer to that dreaded weight limit you set for yourself. Despite your hard work lately, nothing has changed.

It's time to really focus on this issue, my dear.

Don't be too hard on yourself girl!!! I do the same thing though so I know where you are coming from. I'm getting down to the weight loss business starting Monday!!! You should start then with me and we'll be long distance motivators. :) XOXO

I know how you feel. I'm going through the same thing. I totally lack discipline.

I need a kick in the butt so I can get up & go to the gym!
